Cancellations, reservation changes (date/time), and refunds can be made up until 6 hours before your booking.
Games are private, meaning the first booking made on a game will reserve the game.
Players can always be added to a reserved booking at the time of the game, and can be split in any number of ways to make payment.
A minimum of 2 players must be booked in advance to reserve any game.
We are located approximately 35 minutes south of Pittsburgh, taking PA Turnpike 43 to Charleroi Exit 39.

Yes, you can purchase Gift certificates in the navigation menu at the top of any page. If you are buying gift certificates for multiple individuals please purchase one for each person so each receiver will get a unique redemption code.
Yes. Select the number of tickets you need for your group. The session will then be under one person’s name.

All of our games are private, so you only play with people you know! Once you occupy a booking, no one else can book that time slot with you. You can add players to any booking by paying for them at the time of the game.
Our games are challenging and while many escape in time, some groups get close but do not finish within the time limit. At the end of 60 minutes, if you do not escape, the game master will enter the room. You can ask questions and we will walk you through the rest of the game if you like. We ask that you do not reveal the answers to others that have not participated.
We have ample free street parking, and a parking lot across the street, on Fallowfield Ave in Downtown Charleroi, PA.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your start time (but no more than 20)!! This is essential. You must arrive on time to participate. When you arrive you will receive a quick briefing on the game. Then the fun begins! You will be locked in the room and will have 60 minutes to get out.
Each game is designed for one hour of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing, and 15 minutes after each game to debrief and take photos.
